Had a smashed entrance window at my workplace in Birmingham city centre, called Shard End for a replacement and Jamie and Ash were out same day, removed the damaged glass and replaced it with a new one extremely quickly. Great service recently from both the office and shop floor staff, friendly and welcoming which is always nice from a customer point of view. They were also able to manufacture my unit within 2 days whereas another company quoted 5-7 days so that was an additional bonus.(price was competitive too). Wow, what an amazing service. Right from when I called for a quote, the team were brilliant and helpful... the whole process was smooth. I met Jamie and Ashton who fitted the glass and they were pleasant, chatty and fitted the pane swiftly and perfectly leaving no mess what an amazing couple of guys!!
